Part of what we love here at All Digital Studios is how we are able to help with the planning process including fun unique ideas that we have seen or heard of.  One of the questions we often get from couples for their wedding is how to honor their loved ones in the wedding. Whether it be someone they have unfortunately lost,  some one extra special in the wedding that they further want to show their love and appreciation for;  or even some one important that was unable to attend the wedding.

 We have seen various ways of honoring these very important people  such as: tables with pictures and items of significance;  giving the very important moms necklaces or some sort of jewelery during the ceremony, or simply the mentioning of a family member during the reception of someone who unable to attend.

One of our favorites and one of the most unique ideas that we have seen is photo charms. The photo charms are small frames that you can insert photos of your loved ones that can dangle from the bouquet or possibly from a little trees or centerpieces on the tables.   We have even seen it with religious danglings:

This so inventive and fun! Love the idea because you are able to emphasize those  important to you and keep them close to your heart on the bouquet.  The possibilities are endless,  so personal, and most importantly so meaningful!

We often have couples come into the studio debating that age old tradition of not seeing each other before the wedding or seeing each other in order to help out with formal photos.  Some say it’s bad luck while we have had other couples that say that it helped out with their formal photos and it eased their butterflies and they were far less tense for the ceremony and the cocktail hour.

Though it can help with formal photos and the romantic photos we do not push it;  with two photographers you can always get a lot of your formal photos out of the way with out it taking up to much time from the cocktail/appetizer hour.  At Erica and Clevland’s wedding at the Event Center at Church Ranch we saw a very fun idea of getting that connection to ease the tension but still not seeing each other…the simplicity of a hand holding.

Loved it!

This past summer we have been getting slew of last minute inquiries from couples who had booked with photographer and/or videographer that they quickly realize is no where to be found after they give their deposit.

We have equally seen couples come to us in a frenzy because their one or two man photography company got sick, or our most recent example a gentleman left town after a bad divorce.

This news report really shows just how detrimental going with a company that is not creditable can be or trusting just one photographer can be with the wedding day.

When it comes to the cake cutting it is always interesting to see what couples will do.  Will they by dainty and gently place the cake in their loved ones mouth or will they smash it all over their face.  Both make for great pictures, but check out how much fun these couples are having…

It’s senior portrait season! We love to see kids that show their personalities during their photo shoot. Hansena is a great example of that. Not only did we do some traditional shots but we also took some pictures of her in her dance outfits as well. These are a few of our favorites.

Jessica is getting married this July at the Gatehouse in the Lionsgate Event Center and though it would be fun to do a boudoir shoot in the bridal suite at the Gatehouse as a gift for Michael, her fiance. We were happy to oblige. Jessica told us afterward that the shoot was fun and completely comfortable. Check out some of the adorable shots that we can show you

Cassidy and Josh were all smiles during our engagement session. We had fun roaming the grounds at the Lionsgate Event center to take some pictures. Check out some of our favs.

Pam and Chad are a fun loving couple that braved cold May temperatures and rain for their engagement session here at our studio in the Lionsgate Event Center. The couple is getting married on September 19th of this year at the Ranch Country Club.

More engagement pictures! Jen and Joey are a cute couple that are getting married on November 7th at the Chateaux at Fox Meadows. The day was a little grey, but that didn’t stop these two from having a great time stomping around the grounds at our studio.
